Robert Bruce was a famous king of Scotland. Scotland was then under the dominion of England. Robert Bruce wanted his country’s independence and fought against Edward I of England. He faced English soldiers in six battles one by one. But every time he was defeated. Finally, he became discouraged and gave up hope of success.

Robert Bruce was deposed. He fled to save his life. He wandered helplessly in the forest for many days. Finally, finding no way out, he lay down in a forest cave. Then a spider is trying to reach the top of the steep cave wall. But it fell again and again. But it did not give up his efforts (attempt).
