Story about an idle king

Once there was an idle/old king in a country. He was averse (বিরুপ/ পছন্দ না করা) to physical labour. As a result, he became very fat and could not move from one place to another (অন্য) place easily. He wanted to be thin (পাতলা). He called on (আহ্বান করা) a doctor. The doctor was very wise (জ্ঞানী) and clever. He could easily understand that the laziness (অলসতা) of king was the main reason for it. He thought (চিন্তা করা) to advise the king to do physical labour if the king did not do it.
Then the doctor hit upon (ভাল ধারণা) a plan. He told the king that the health of king was not in good condition (অবস্থা). Hearing his health condition, the king became very nervous. He told the doctor to do everything for his cure.Then the doctor assure (নিশ্চিত করা) him that there was only one medicine for it. The king told him that he could do everything for his cure (আরোগ্য). The doctor gave him a club (ক্লাব) and told him to brandish (ব্র্যান্ডিশ) it in the morning and in the evening. The king started doing it and became very tired (ক্লান্ত). Sweat (ঘাম) came out of his body.
But he had to do it for his cure.After a month, the king felt very fresh (সতেজ) and healthy. His body became very normal (সাভাবিক) and he looked very smart. The doctor told him that physical labour(কায়িক পরিশ্রম) is the best medicine to keep the body fit.The king understood the doctor’s technique(কৌশল). He also rewarded (উপহার) the doctor with some gifts.

একবার একটি দেশে একজন অলস/বৃদ্ধ রাজা ছিলেন। তিনি শারীরিক শ্রমের প্রতি বিরূপ ছিলেন। ফলস্বরূপ, তিনি খুব মোটা হয়ে গেলেন এবং সহজে এক স্থান থেকে অন্য স্থানে যেতে পারেন না। তিনি পাতলা হতে চেয়েছিলেন । তিনি একজন ডাক্তারকে ডাকলেন। ডাক্তার ছিলেন অত্যন্ত জ্ঞানী এবং চতুর। তিনি সহজেই বুঝতে পারলেন যে, রাজার অলসতাই এর প্রধান কারণ। তিনি চিন্তা করেন রাজাকে কায়িক শ্রম করার পরামর্শ দেন যদি রাজা তা না করেন।
তারপর ডাক্তার একটি পরিকল্পনার উপর আঘাত। তিনি রাজাকে বলেছিলেন যে রাজার স্বাস্থ্য ভালো নেই । তার স্বাস্থ্যের অবস্থা শুনে রাজা খুবই ঘাবড়ে গেলেন। তিনি ডাক্তারকে তার আরোগ্যের জন্য সবকিছু করতে বলেছিলেন। তারপর ডাক্তার তাকে আশ্বস্ত করেন যে এর জন্য একটি মাত্র ওষুধ রয়েছে। রাজা তাকে বলেছিলেন যে তিনি তার নিরাময়ের জন্য সবকিছু করতে পারেন। ডাক্তার তাকে একটি ক্লাব দিয়েছেন এবং সকালে এবং সন্ধ্যায় এটি ব্রান্ডিশ করতে বলেছেন। রাজা এটা করতে লাগলেন এবং খুব ক্লান্ত হয়ে গেলেন। তার শরীর থেকে ঘাম বের হল।
কিন্তু তার আরোগ্যের জন্য তাকে এটা করতে হয়েছিল। এক মাস পর রাজা খুব সতেজ (সতেজ) এবং সুস্থ বোধ করলেন। তার শরীর খুব স্বাভাবিক হয়ে গেছে এবং তাকে খুব স্মার্ট দেখাচ্ছিল। ডাক্তার তাকে বললেন যে কায়িক পরিশ্রম শরীরকে ফিট রাখার সর্বোত্তম ওষুধ। রাজা ডাক্তারের কৌশল বুঝতে পেরেছিলেন। তিনি কিছু উপহার দিয়ে ডাক্তারকে পুরস্কৃতও করেছিলেন।
