Dialogue The Importance of Self-Employment

Suppose you are Nahim. Your friend is Jubayer. At present Unemployment is increasing day by day. Today a lot of educated students do get jobs.

Now, write a dialogue between two friends about the importance of self employment.

Nahim: How are you? Jubayer. What are you reading now?

Jubayer: I am reading a news article about the Unemployment Problem in the present day.

Nahim: It is a national problem in our country and is increasing day by day.

Jubayer: I know that the way our world works is constantly changing. To adapt to this task, the structure of the old education system must be changed.

Nahim: You are right. We don’t study according to the times. We do not initially think about what job we will get in the future through our current studies.

Jubayer: The boys and girls of our country do not have general technical knowledge. They are very incompetent in technical knowledge. Due to which unemployment problem is increasing day by day.

Nahim: Many countries do not have redundant books in their education system. They qualify themselves through studies as well as self-employment.

Jubayer: Many people are harming the country and family by wasting the necessary time of their lives in search of a job. But a businessman or entrepreneur can earn a lot of money in life.

Nahim: Self-employment is an independent business. Here he can easily achieve success by working hard on himself. There are various scopes of work within this self-employment. Only when you can make the work more efficient will your success come.

Jubayer: I agree with you. There is no better way to move a country forward than self-employment.

Nahim: We have discussed an important matter.

Jubayer: In future life we will try to build ourselves for inter-employment.

ধর, তমি নাহিম। তোমার বন্ধু জুবায়ের। বর্তমানে বেকারত্ব দিন দিন বাড়ছে। আজ অনেক শিক্ষিত শিক্ষার্থী চাকরি পায় না।

এখন, আত্মকর্মসংস্থানের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে দুই বন্ধুর মধ্যে একটি সংলাপ লিখ।

নাহিমঃ কেমন আছো? জুবায়ের। তুমি এখন কি পড়ছো?

জুবায়ের: বর্তমান সময়ে বেকার সমস্যা নিয়ে একটা নিউজ পড়ছি।

নাহিম: এটা আমাদের দেশে একটি জাতীয় সমস্যা এবং দিন দিন বাড়ছে।

জুবায়ের: আমি জানি যে আমাদের বিশ্বের কাজের ধরন প্রতিনিয়ত পরিবর্তন হচ্ছে। এ কাজের সঙ্গে খাপ খাইয়ে নিতে হলে পুরনো শিক্ষাব্যবস্থার কাঠামো বদলাতে হবে।

নাহিম: ঠিক বলেছ। আমরা যুগোপযোগি অনুযায়ী পড়াশুনা করি না। আমাদের বর্তমান পড়াশোনার মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যতে আমরা কী চাকরি পাব তা নিয়ে আমরা প্রাথমিকভাবে চিন্তা করি না।

জুবায়ের: আমাদের দেশের ছেলে-মেয়েদের সাধারণ প্রযুক্তিগত জ্ঞান নেই। তারা প্রযুক্তিগত জ্ঞানে খুবই অদক্ষ। যার কারণে দিন দিন বেকার সমস্যা বাড়ছে।

নাহিম: অনেক দেশের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থায় অপ্রয়োজনীয় বই নেই। তারা পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি স্ব-কর্মসংস্থানের মাধ্যমে নিজেদের যোগ্যতা অর্জন করে।

জুবায়ের: চাকরির খোঁজে জীবনের প্রয়োজনীয় সময় নষ্ট করে অনেকেই দেশ ও পরিবারের ক্ষতি করছে। কিন্তু একজন ব্যবসায়ী বা উদ্যোক্তা জীবনে প্রচুর অর্থ উপার্জন করতে পারেন।

নাহিম: আত্মকর্মসংস্থান একটি স্বাধীন ব্যবসা। এখানে সে নিজে কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে সহজেই সাফল্য অর্জন করতে পারে। এই আত্মকর্মসংস্থানের মধ্যে কাজের বিভিন্ন সুযোগ রয়েছে। তুমি যখন কাজটিকে আরও দক্ষ করতে পারবেন তখনই আপনার সাফল্য আসবে।

জুবায়ের: আমি তোমার সাথে একমত। দেশকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য আত্মকর্মসংস্থানের চেয়ে ভালো উপায় আর নেই।

নাহিম: আমরা একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে আলোচনা করেছি।

জুবায়ের: ভবিষ্যৎ জীবনে আন্তঃকর্মসংস্থানের জন্য নিজেদের গড়ে তোলার চেষ্টা করব।
