Suppose, you are an inhabitant of Naddapara, Dhaka. The people of your area/ locality suffer greatly due to the unhygienic condition of the area/ locality.

Subject: Complaint about unhygienic condition of Naddapara, Dhaka.
Sir,
I, on behalf (পক্ষ থেকে) of the inhabitants (বাসিন্দাদের) of Naddapara, Dhaka, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that the people of this area/ locality are suffering greatly because of unhygienic (অস্বাস্থ্যকর) conditions on roads, drains, local markets, and bus stations. There are two big fields in this area. But nobody plays in the field due to household wastes in the field. Foul odor ( নোংরা গন্ধ) is common in rainy season. People want to get rid of this problem. City life has now become the cause of extreme misery (চরম দুর্ভোগ).
I hope that you would be kind enough to address this unhygienic condition thus enabling (সক্রিয় করা) the inhabitants of Naddapara to live a healthy and comfortable life.

স্যার,
আমি, ঢাকার নদ্দাপাড়ার বাসিন্দাদের পক্ষ থেকে, এই বিষয়টির প্রতি আপনার সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করতে চাই যে, রাস্তার অস্বাস্থ্যকর অবস্থার কারণে এই এলাকা/ লোকালয়ের মানুষজন চরম ভোগান্তির শিকার হচ্ছেন, ড্রেন, স্থানীয় বাজার এবং বাস স্টেশন। এই এলাকায় দুটি বড় মাঠ আছে। কিন্তু মাঠে গৃহস্থালির বর্জ্য থাকায় কেউ মাঠে খেলা করে না। বর্ষায় দুর্গন্ধ এখন সাধারণ বিষয়। মানুষ এই সমস্যা থেকে মুক্তি চায়। নগরজীবন এখন চরম দুর্ভোগের কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে।
আমি আশা করি আপনি এই অস্বাস্থ্যকর অবস্থার মোকাবেলা করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন যাতে নদ্দাপাড়ার বাসিন্দারা একটি সুস্থ এবং আরামদায়ক জীবনযাপন করতে সক্ষম হয়।
