Subject: Prayer for permission to organize Annual cultural function.

Sir,

We have the honor to state that we intend to hold an Annual cultural function in our school auditorium on 30 August 2023 in our school auditorium. The Students who are interested in art and culture have expressed their desire for it. They are willing to recite poems and stage a drama entitled Importance of Science by Md. Shariful Islam. Some renowned scientists have assured us to be with us. We shall try our best to maintain the dignity of our reputed school. We also assure that the expenditure would be minimized as far as we can. We have collected some money for this function.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be gracious enough to permit us to hold a cultural function in the school.

আমরা সম্মানের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা 30 আগস্ট 2023 তারিখে আমাদের স্কুল অডিটোরিয়ামে একটি বার্ষিক সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান করতে চাই। শিল্প-সংস্কৃতির প্রতি আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেছেন। তারা কবিতা আবৃত্তি করতে এবং মোঃ শরিফুল ইসলামের বিজ্ঞানের গুরুত্ব শিরোনামে একটি নাটক মঞ্চস্থ করতে ইচ্ছুক। কয়েকজন স্বনামধন্য বিজ্ঞানী আমাদের পাশে থাকার আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন। আমরা আমাদের স্বনামধন্য বিদ্যালয়ের মর্যাদা বজায় রাখার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করব। আমরা আশ্বাস দিচ্ছি যে খরচ যতদূর সম্ভব কম করা হবে। আমরা এই অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য কিছু অর্থ সংগ্রহ করেছি।

তাই আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের স্কুলে একটি সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান করার অনুমতি দেওয়ার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন।
