Sir,

I, on behalf of the students of your school, beg most respectfully to state that our school is one of the biggest schools at Naddapara in Dhaka. This School is a traditional school. But it is too difficult to say that there is no common room/ reading room on our school campus. For this reason, the students spend their leisure times and off periods by gossiping or roaming indecisively. This often disturbs the classes. So, we greatly feel the importance of opening a common room/ reading room in the school.

May I, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would kindly make necessary arrangements for opening a common room/ reading room in our school and oblige thereby.

আমি, আপনার স্কুলের ছাত্রদের পক্ষ থেকে, বিনীতভাবে জানাচ্ছি যে আমাদের স্কুলটি ঢাকার নদ্দাপাড়ার সবচেয়ে বড় স্কুলগুলির মধ্যে একটি। এই বিদ্যালয়টি একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী বিদ্যালয়। কিন্তু এটা বলা খুব কঠিন যে আমাদের স্কুল ক্যাম্পাসে কোন কমন রুম/রিডিং রুম নেই। এই কারণে, শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের অবসর সময় এবং অফ পিরিয়ডগুলি গল্প করে বা সিদ্ধান্তহীনভাবে ঘোরাঘুরি করে কাটায়। এতে প্রায়ই ক্লাসে ব্যাঘাত ঘটে। তাই, আমরা বিদ্যালয়ে একটি সাধারণ কক্ষ/পঠন কক্ষ খোলার গুরুত্ব অনুভব করি।

তাই, আমি প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি দয়া করে আমাদের বিদ্যালয়ে একটি সাধারণ কক্ষ/পঠন কক্ষ খোলার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা করবেন এবং এর দ্বারা বাধ্য থাকবেন।
