Subject: Prayer for organizing an English debating club/debating club in our school.

Sir,

We beg to state that our school is one of the most reputed schools in our District. The presentation of the students both in curricular and co-curricular activities is well. Every year our school team participates in different English debating competitions arranged by National TV and other educational institutions in our country. It does competently well but breaks down to top the list. But it is a matter of great sorrow that there is no English debating club/debating club in our reputed school. Our school could clearly have done well. It may be introduced that an executive committee will be formed with the teachers and students to perform its job properly. It will arrange debate competitions in the school campus.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider our prayer and permit us to set up/ organize an English debating club/debating club prayed for and obliged thereby.

আমরা অনুরোধ করছি যে আমাদের স্কুলটি আমাদের জেলার সবচেয়ে নামী স্কুলগুলির মধ্যে একটি। পাঠ্যক্রমিক এবং সহপাঠ্যক্রমিক কার্যক্রমে শিক্ষার্থীদের উপস্থাপনা ভালো। প্রতি বছর আমাদের স্কুল টিম জাতীয় টিভি এবং আমাদের দেশের অন্যান্য শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান দ্বারা আয়োজিত বিভিন্ন ইংরেজি বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করে। এটি দক্ষতার সাথে ভাল করে তবে তালিকার শীর্ষে উঠে যায়। কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের বিষয় যে আমাদের স্বনামধন্য স্কুলে কোনো ইংরেজি বিতর্ক ক্লাব/বিতর্ক ক্লাব নেই। আমাদের স্কুল স্পষ্টতই ভালো করতে পারত। এটি প্রবর্তন করা যেতে পারে যে শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের সমন্বয়ে একটি কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটি গঠন করা হবে যাতে এটি সঠিকভাবে কাজ করে। এটি বিদ্যালয়ে বিতর্ক প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করবে।

অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের প্রার্থনা বিবেচনা করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন এবং আমাদেরকে একটি ইংরেজি বিতর্ক ক্লাব/বিতর্ক ক্লাব স্থাপন/সংগঠিত করার অনুমতি দেবেন যার জন্য প্রার্থনা করা হয়েছে।
