Sir,

With due respect state that we are students of your school & college. We are satisfied that we have a decorated common room in the school. We can read Bangla newspapers but we have no English Newspaper for reading. At present, we need it badly. We cannot think without English which being the global language has become very important in all walks of life. English is widely spoken (বলা হয়) all over the world. Multinational business companies and international corporations ask for people who have good knowledge of English. Reading English newspapers can help develop a student’s skill in English.

In this circumstance, I would request you to subscribe to an English newspaper in the school common room.

যথাযথ সম্মানের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, আমরা আপনার স্কুল ও কলেজের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা। আমরা সন্তুষ্ট যে আমাদের বিদ্যালয়ে একটি সুসজ্জিত কমন রুম রয়েছে। আমরা বাংলা সংবাদপত্র পড়তে পারি কিন্তু পড়ার জন্য আমাদের কাছে কোনো ইংরেজি সংবাদপত্র নেই। বর্তমানে এটা আমাদের খুবই প্রয়োজন। আমরা ইংরেজি ছাড়া ভাবতে পারি না যা বিশ্বব্যাপী ভাষা হওয়া জীবনের সকল ক্ষেত্রে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হয়ে উঠেছে। ইংরেজি সারা বিশ্বে ব্যাপকভাবে বলা হয়। বহুজাতিক ব্যবসায়িক কোম্পানি এবং আন্তর্জাতিক কর্পোরেশনগুলি ইংরেজিতে ভাল জ্ঞান আছে এমন লোকদের জিজ্ঞাসা খোজ করে। ইংরেজি সংবাদপত্র পড়া একজন শিক্ষার্থীর ইংরেজিতে দক্ষতা বিকাশে সাহায্য করতে পারে।

এই পরিস্থিতিতে, আমি আপনাকে স্কুলের কমন রুমে একটি ইংরেজি সংবাদপত্র নিতে অনুরোধ করব।
