Suppose, you are Fardiyan Islam Riyan. You live in Ward No – 55, Vobarchor, Munshigonj. There is no COVID – 19 test booths in your Ward/ Area.

Now write an application to the Councilor/ Mayor of your ward for opening a COVID – 19 test booth.

Sir,

I have the honour to state that during this current pandemic (মহামারি), CODIV- 19, has spread ( ছড়ানো) around our ward/ locality/ area. Patients with COVID -19 not knowing the cause of their illness (অসুস্থতা) can not take medical treatment in time. Now it is very important to test COVID – 19 and then they can be properly treated by the doctors.

At present, people become ill with fever of COVID – 19, they must go to Dhaka for a test. They have to wait for a long time to get the report. In this situation, to save the people, we need to open a COVID – 19 test booth in our ward/ locality/ area so that patients can be tasted in time.

I, therefore (তাই), pray and hope that you would be kind enough (যথেষ্ট) to take necessary steps for opening a COVID – 19 test booth in our ward/ locality/ area.

আমি সম্মানের সাথে বলতে চাই যে, এই বর্তমান মহামারীতে করোনা – ১৯ আমাদের ওয়ার্ড/ লোকালয়/ এলাকার চারপাশে ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে । করোনা – ১৯ আক্রান্ত রোগীরা তাদের অসুস্থতার কারণ না জেনে সময়মতো চিকিৎসা নিতে পারেন না। এখন কোভিড – ১৯ পরীক্ষা করা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং তারপরে ডাক্তারদের দ্বারা তাদের সঠিকভাবে চিকিতৎসা করা যেতে পারে।

বর্তমানে মানুষ কোভিড-১৯ জ্বরে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েছে, তাদের অবশ্যই ঢাকায় পরীক্ষা করতে হয়। করোনার রিপট পেতে তাদের দীর্ঘ সময় অপেক্ষা করতে হয়। এই পরিস্থিতিতে, মানুষকে বাঁচানোর জন্য, আমাদের ওয়ার্ড / লোকালয় / এলাকায় একটি কোভিড – 19 টেস্ট বুথ খুলতে হবে যাতে রোগীদের সময়মতো পরীক্ষা করতে পারে।

আমি, তাই , প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন আমাদের ওয়ার্ড/স্থান/ এলাকায় একটি COVID – 19 টেস্ট বুথ খোলার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে।
