Dear Raju,

At first take my best wishes. I am well. I hope that you are also well. Recently I have received a letter from you. In your letter, You told about the importance of good jobs. Now I am describing about the importance of self-employment in present Bangladesh. At present, many educated persons are unemployed. They are most eager for a Government job. For this reason they are waiting and attending more exam to get job. You know that our government job is limited. So many persons do not get jobs.

After finishing 30 or 32 years old, they try to get private job. Some persons get job or some persons do not get. Then some persons want to go abroad or to do business. Some persons suffer in frustration. Now we should think that only job can not bring development in life or country. We see that business man lead their life very luxurious. So we should plan how to develop own business.

No more today. I hope you can realize it. It will be helpful for a better life and developed country.

প্রথমে আমার শুভেচ্ছা নিন। আমি ভাল আছি। আশা করি তুমিও ভালো আছো। সম্প্রতি আমি তোমার কাছ থেকে একটি চিঠি পেয়েছি। তোমার চিঠিতে, তুমি ভাল চাকরির গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে বলেছ। এখন আমি বর্তমান বাংলাদেশে আত্মকর্মসংস্থানের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে বর্ণনা করছি। বর্তমানে অনেক শিক্ষিত মানুষ বেকার। তারা সরকারি চাকরির জন্য সবচেয়ে বেশি আগ্রহী। এ কারণে তারা চাকরি পাওয়ার জন্য অপেক্ষা করছে এবং আরও পরীক্ষা দিচ্ছে। তুমি জান যে আমাদের সরকারী চাকরি সীমিত। তাই অনেকে চাকরি পায় না।

30 বা 32 বছর বয়স শেষ করার পরে, তারা প্রাইভেট চাকরি করার চেষ্টা করে। কেউ চাকরি পায় আবার কেউ পায় না। তখন কেউ কেউ বিদেশে যেতে চায় বা ব্যবসা করতে চায়। কেউ কেউ হতাশায় ভুগে। এখন আমাদের ভাবা উচিত শুধু চাকরি, জীবনে বা দেশের উন্নয়ন আনতে পারে না। আমরা দেখছি যে ব্যবসায়ী তাদের জীবন খুব বিলাসবহুলভাবে পরিচালনা করে। তাই আমাদের পরিকল্পনা করা উচিত কিভাবে নিজের ব্যবসার উন্নয়ন করা যায়।

আজ আর নয়। আমি আশা করি তুমি এটি উপলব্ধি করতে পারবে। এটি একটি উন্নত জীবনের জন্য এবং উন্নত দেশের সহায়ক হবে।
