Suppose, you are the Secretary of S. F. Model School & College, Dhaka Uttar City Corporation, Dhaka -1230. The magazine committee (কমিটি) of S. F. Model School & College has decided to publish (প্রকাশ) a Magazine for the students.
Now write a notice to publish a Magazine for the students.

No.132/2023 Date: 15 March 2023
The magazine committee of S. F. Model School & College is happy to inform all concerned (সম্পর্কিত) that it has decided to publish a magazine on the occasion of glorious Independence Day (গৌরবময় স্বাধীনতা দিবস). Interested contributors are encouraged to send their ups (আপ) for publication. Any genre (ধারা) of writing will be welcomed including short stories, poems, features (বৈশিষ্ট্য) and articles (প্রবন্ধ ) highlighting the spirit of the Independence Day (স্বাধীনতা দিবস). The writing should be typed in double space (দ্বিগুণ স্থান ) on side of A4 size paper and should be limited to 800 words. Manuscripts (পাণ্ডুলিপি) can be sent to the address given below. The deadline for submission (জমা)of manuscripts is 23 March 2022.

এস.এফ. মডেল স্কুল এন্ড কলেজের ম্যাগাজিন কমিটি সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে জানাতে পেরে আনন্দিত যে তারা গৌরবময় স্বাধীনতা দিবস উপলক্ষে একটি পত্রিকা প্রকাশের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। আগ্রহী অবদানকারীদের প্রকাশনার জন্য তাদের আপ পাঠাতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়। ছোটগল্প, কবিতা, বৈশিষ্ট্য এবং স্বাধীনতা দিবসের চেতনা তুলে ধরে প্রবন্ধ সহ লেখার যেকোনো ধারা স্বাগত জানানো হবে। লেখাটি A4 আকারের কাগজের পাশে দ্বিগুণ স্থানে টাইপ করতে হবে এবং ৮০০ শব্দের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ হওয়া উচিত হবে। পান্ডুলিপি নীচের ঠিকানায় পাঠানো যেতে পারে। পাণ্ডুলিপি জমা দেওয়ার সময়সীমা ২৩ মার্চ ২০২৩।
