Complain letter deterioration of the law and order situation
Suppose, you are an inhabitant of Naddapara area in Dhaka. The law and order situation of the area is deteriorating day by day. The people of the area have been passing their days in an insecure condition.
Now, write a complain to The Deputy Commissioner complaining about the deterioration of the law and order situation.

Subject: Deterioration (অবনতি) of the law and order situation.
Sir,
The law and order situation of the Naddapara is deteriorating (অবনতিশীল) day by day. People have been passing their days in panic (আতঙ্ক). They are in an insecure (অনিরাপদ) condition as killing, hijacking and many other antisocial activities (অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপ) are going on even during day-time. Some toll collectors are raising money from almost all the shops and business centers (ব্যবসা কেন্দ্র). If anybody protests against this kind of antisocial activities, then his life will be under constant threat (অবিরাম হুমকি).
People can not move freely, because they are not safe. Most of the town-dwellers (শহরবাসী ) do not want to complain against these antisocial criminals. Local police force are reluctant (অনিচ্ছুক) to take any action against them. So, criminals are moving freely in broad (বিস্তৃত) daylight. We want an immediate remedy (প্রতিকার) of this condition.
Therefore, we pray and hope that you would kindly investigate (তদন্ত) the matter and take necessary measures. So that people can pass their life in a peaceful way (শান্তিপূর্ণ উপায়).

নদ্দাপাড়ার আইনশৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতি দিন দিন অবনতি হচ্ছে। মানুষ আতঙ্কে দিন কাটাচ্ছে । এমনকি দিনের বেলায় হত্যা, ছিনতাই এবং অন্যান্য অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপ চলায় তারা নিরাপত্তাহীন অবস্থায় রয়েছে। কিছু টোল আদায়কারী প্রায় সব দোকান ও ব্যবসা কেন্দ্র থেকে টাকা তুলছেন । যদি কেউ এই ধরনের অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপের বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ করে, তবে তার জীবন প্রতিনিয়ত হুমকির মধ্যে থাকবে। মানুষ স্বাধীনভাবে চলাফেরা করতে পারে না, কারণ তারা নিরাপদ নয়। বেশিরভাগ শহরবাসী এই অসামাজিক অপরাধীদের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ করতে চান না। স্থানীয় পুলিশ বাহিনী তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কোনো ব্যবস্থা নিতে নারাজ । তাই দিবারাত্রিতে অবাধে চলাফেরা করছে অপরাধীরা। আমরা, শহরের ভুক্তভোগীরা, এই অবস্থার আশু প্রতিকার চাই।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি আপনি দয়া করে বিষয়টি তদন্ত করে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবেন। যাতে নিরীহ মানুষ শান্তিপূর্ণভাবে তাদের জীবন পার করতে পারে।
